For durable reinforcement systems
In collaboration with Empa, we have developed the unique bicomponent synthetic macrofibre Concrix with a textured surface. Thanks to its high E modulus, the fibre core guarantees maximum strength, while the special, structured sheathing ensures an excellent bond to the concrete.
Concrix fibres act as structural reinforcement, enhance the impact strength of the concrete and, most of all, can also be used in the static area. The fibre bundling guarantees fast, three-dimensional distribution without clumping during the mixing process.
If necessary, we prepare a static calculation on the load-bearing safety of slabs, concrete areas, foundations, walls and other constructions on the basis of various valid recommendations, standards and guidelines.

Concrix ES is a bicomponent macrofibre for structural concrete reinforcement.
The imprinted surface provides efficient anchoring in the concrete and guarantees rapid three-dimensional distribution during the mixing process in the matrix. The technical parameters of the concrete can be used for static calculations.
The dosage guideline for Concrix ES is 2.0 - 7.5 kg per m³ of concrete as structural reinforcement. Concrix ES is available in the standard length of 50 mm.

Concrix ES is used in shotcrete, prefabrication, floor slabs and concrete walls, industrial floors, exterior surfaces such as concrete ceilings, concrete renovations, concrete piles, special foundations and various special applications in concrete construction.
