Primary concrete reinforcement
To eliminate steel reinforcement completely – or at least reduce it to a minimum – even in floors with very high loads, we have developed the Fibrofor Diamond. Fibrofor Diamond is a high-performance monofibre for primary concrete reinforcement. The geometry and thermal treatment ensure rapid, uniform distribution and mixing in the concrete, while the uniquely high number of fibres guarantees optimised three-dimensional reinforcement.
The dosage guideline for Diamond is 2 - 3 kg per m³ of concrete. The dosage depends on the area of application and the set requirements and is determined using a static calculation.

Fibrofor Diamond is a high-performance monofibre for structural concrete reinforcement. The uniquely high number of fibres ensures optimised three-dimensional reinforcement. The increased technical parameters of the concrete can be used for static calculations.

The dosage guideline for Fibrofor Diamond is 2 - 3 kg per m³ of concrete as structural reinforcement. The dosage depends on the area of application and the set requirements and is specified on an individual basis. Fibrofor Diamond is available in the standard length of 38 mm.

Application
Fibrofor Diamond is used in floor slabs, concrete walls, industrial floors and exterior surfaces such as concrete ceilings, etc. On the basis of Eurocode 2, it is possible to furnish static evidence of the load-bearing safety of slabs and other structures.
