Distributes constraint stresses
Fibrofor Green is a natural fibre that improves the properties of concrete and mortar components. The fibre guarantees uniform and rapid three-dimensional distribution in the matrix.
Fibrofor Green efficiently reduces shrinkage cracks in the early stages of the setting phase.
Fibrofor Green prevents sedimentation, the called matrix settling.
Fibrofor Green is used wherever it is necessary to control plastic shrinkage and distribute the constraint stresses that occur.
Fibrofor Green is used in the production of floor slabs, prefabricated elements, screeds, stuccos and shotcrete.
A dosage of at least 0.6 kg/m³ to at most 0.9 kg/m³ is recommended for screeds. For concrete structures, a standard dosage of at least 0.6 kg/m³ is decisive. The workability is not negatively influenced by the addition of the fibres, nor does it require any adjustment to the plasticiser content.
Fibrofor Green
The natural fibre against shrinkage cracks

Advantages
Fibrofor Green is a natural fibre for improving the properties of structural elements made of concrete and mortar.
Features
Green efficiently reduces shrinkage cracks in the early stages of the setting phase and in most cases replaces the structural steel inlay for this area.
Dosage
A dosage of at least 0.6 kg/m³ to at most 0.9 kg/m³ is recommended for screeds. For concrete structures, a standard dosage of at least 0.6 kg/m³ is decisive. Fibrofor Green is available in the standard lengths of approx. 10 mm.
Properties
Material: pelletised natural fibre Shape: multifilament Bulk density: approx. 0.200 g/cm³ Cutting length: approx. 10 mm Tensile strength: NDA Diameter: approx. 20 - 250 μm
Application
Fibrofor Green is used wherever it is necessary to control plastic shrinkage and to distribute the constraint stresses that occur. Fibrofor Green is used in the production of floor panels, precast elements, screeds, stuccos and shotcrete.
