Industrial floors

Established reinforcement system with plastic fibres

Efficient and durable

Over many years, millions of square metres of floors in production halls, warehouses, shopping centres and multi-storey car parks have been reinforced with our synthetic fibres. Different fiber types are used depending on the requirements. Fibrofor High Grade, a specially developed splicing fibre, is recommended for low to medium loads, while Fibrofor Diamond, a high-performance monofibre, is used for high loads. Both fiber types spread quickly and without clumping in the concrete and can be worked into the surface very well. In addition to their function as a steel substitute, both fibres have been proven to optimize the shrinkage behavior of concrete. If required, our engineers will prepare a free structural analysis based on the latest standards.

Advantages

Economical alternative to steel reinforcement in mono panels.

Experience

Millions of square meters of flooring have been reinforced with synthetic high-performance fibers for more than 30 years. Typical areas of application are production halls, warehouses, airports and multi-storey car parks.

Reinforcement costs

The complete or partial elimination of conventional steel reinforcement drastically reduces reinforcement costs. The labor-intensive and therefore costly laying of steel is no longer necessary. The ability to work with minimal joints also reduces the amount of cutting required.

Easy to use

The fibers are easy to mix in and spread evenly in the concrete. All types of surface treatment are possible, as the fibers can be worked into the surface very easily.
