For durable reinforcement systems

In collaboration with Empa, we have developed the unique, bi-component plastic macrofiber Concrix with a textured surface. Thanks to its high modulus of elasticity, the fiber core guarantees maximum strength, while the special, textured sheath ensures excellent bonding to the concrete.

Concrix fibers serve as structural reinforcement, increase the impact strength of the concrete and can also be used in static applications. The fiber bundling guarantees fast, three-dimensional distribution without clumping during the mixing process.

On the basis of various valid recommendations, standards and guidelines, we can prepare a static calculation of the load-bearing safety of slabs, concrete fields, foundations, walls and other structures if required.

Features


The embossed surface ensures efficient anchoring in the concrete and guarantees rapid three-dimensional distribution during the mixing process in the matrix. The technical parameters of the concrete can be used for structural calculations

Dosage


The dosing guideline for Concrix ES is 2.0 – 7.5 kg per m³ of concrete as structural reinforcement. Concrix ES is available in the standard length of 50 mm.
